Cabin 1-This cabin faces the lake with a good view. It will sleep 4 in air conditioned comfort with a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen sized sofa bed. It has a small kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and sink. The bathroom has a full sized tub with a shower and toilet. The living area has a bank of windows giving you a nice view of the lake. It also has a flat screen TV/DVD with movies to check out and satellite tv at no charge. This cabin rents for $99 per night throughout the week, minimum 2 night rental (non-holiday weekends). Holiday weekends $129 per night with a minimum three night rental.

Cabin 2-This is the smallest of our cabins. It is perfect for two people for a week-end or extra sleeping quarters for a group. This cabin features an elevated sleep-number queen sized bed, small living area, table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, TV and air conditioner. This cabin rents for $59 per night, minimum 2 night rental (non-holiday weekends) or rent cabin 2 in combination with the bunkhouse for $130 per night on non holiday weekends. It does not have a lake view. |

The Bunkhouse-The Bunkhouse will sleep up to six people. It has two full size beds and a futon with one of the full size beds in the loft. The bunkhouse includes a combination flat screen TV/DVD, satellite tv, microwave, refrigerator and a hot plate. The bunkhouse has bed linens, dishes, and cooking utensils There is access to a charcoal grill and a gas grill right outside the door. Bathroom facilities for the bunkhouse are adjacent in a separate building about ten feet away. It does not have a lake view. Rent this in combination with Cabin 1, Cabin 2 or the Cottage for larger families or groups to sleep up to six extra people for $79 per night. (Non-Holiday Weekends) The bunkhouse may also be rented separately for $79 per night and is our only pet friendly facility. (See below for Pet Policy)
PET POLICY FOR THE BUNKHOUSE A. An extra charge of $10 per day for each pet , pets are limited to under 25 pounds. B. Pets are allowed in the Bunkhouse only. There is a small shaded dog run behind this cabin. C. Please, no aggressive dogs allowed as there are small children in the area. D. A dog run is located at the back of the cabin for your convenience. E. Under no circumstances are pets to be left unattended in the cabin, a kennel is available on request.

INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR STAY
Area: This is a residential neighborhood, however right across the street there is a community swimming and fishing dock with a swing set. Down the street one block is the community boat ramp and dock. If you want to use the boat ramp a key is available, please lock it after each use. You are welcome to use either of these for swimming, fishing or any appropriate water activity. Most of the docks in the area are privately owned and not to be used with the exception of the two mentioned, however the shoreline is public, so you are welcome to walk the shore and fish. The lake and shore are governed by the Grand River Dam Authority and they do stop and watch for things like fishing without a license, littering and appropriate behavior while using the lake. 2. Groceries: The major grocery store in the area is Reasor’s Grocery Store located in the Grand Lake Shopping Center. This is just across from Sonic Drive-In in Langley. 3. Dining: There are several good places to eat in the area. These include home-style restaurants in Langley and Disney and around the lake. If you want to travel farther Jay is about 20 minutes away and Grove is thirty-five minutes from the cabin. You may want to check the Grand Lake Magazine for a list of restaurants in the area. Most of these can be reached either by boat or car. 4. Shopping: There are several quaint shops and flea markets in Disney, Langley, Jay and Grove selling lake apparel, souvenirs and fishing gear, but if it’s a Wal-Mart you are looking for, the closest is in Jay, Oklahoma about twenty minutes away. Vinita has a super center, as does Grove. Grove also has a Lowe’s. 5. Pedal boat: We have a pedal boat that you are welcome to use. If you are interested, please let me know so we can make sure there are life jackets for everyone. If you have youngsters you may want to bring life jackets to fit, however we may have what you need to met your needs. Please be aware that one of the rules of the lake is that no one under the age of twelve is allowed on any type of boat without a life jacket. 6. Entertainment: With nearly 1300 miles of shoreline stretching from the dam at Disney north to Miami, Grand Lake has a variety of yearly entertainment. In Grove there is a museum that is located on the water called Har-ber Village, it is a very interesting way to step back in time. Grand Lake Casino is located at 9630 US HWY 59 in Grove. The dam offers free tours from their new visitors center from 7:30 to 3:30 P.M. and Grand Cherokee Golf Course located at the dam is rated as the best nine-hole golf course in Oklahoma. Several of the marina’s located around the lake offer tours, boat and jet ski rentals. For more entertainment options consult your Grand Lake Magazine left in the cabin or stop at any business in the area to pick one up. You can also check out movies we have available for no charge and satellite TV available in most areas. 7. Supplies: We have kitchenettes equipped with pots, pans, dish towels, dishes, glasses, cups, utensils, silverware coffee, coffee maker, salt and pepper, toaster, small refrigerator, microwave and paper products. All cabins are supplied with sheets, blankets and pillows for the beds. There are TV’s in all of the cabins and we do get the major stations, a small radio and alarm clock are also provided. 8. Not supplied: Charcoal and lighter fluid, cooler, ice, towels, washcloths, and personal toiletries including shampoo, toothpaste, etc. Did you forget something? Just ask us. Chances are we will be able to help. 9. Cooking: We have a large wood/charcoal burning grill and a gas grill located behind the main house, or you may bring your own portable grill if you wish. We will provide you with wood if you want to cook over wood on the grill,. Recently we just installed a large fire pit in front of the cabins and have adapted it to serve as a grill, Wood is provided. 10. Communications: No phone service provided, but we do have free wireless internet available. |

Thank you for visiting our website. Laketime Retreat is located 4 miles east of Disney, Oklahoma, on beautiful South Grand Lake. We are a small retreat in a residential area with two cabins, a bunkhouse, and one cottage. Prices range from $59 per night to $99 per night for the cabins and $225 per night for the cottage non-holiday, (MINIMUM TWO NIGHT RENTAL) . The lake is just a two minute walk from your cabin with access to a private dock for swimming, fishing or tying your boat up. We also have a fire pit and a place for outdoor cooking. A boat ramp is two blocks away. |

INTRODUCING LAKETIME COTTAGE FOUR SEASONS Welcome to our newest accommodation. At this time we are proud to announce an addition to Laketime Retreat. Laketime Cottage is directly across the street from Laketime Retreat and right on the water. With a gentle slope and an easy walk to the water it offers a large dock with a swim ladder for easy access to the lake. At Laketime Cottage we offer a private swimming area, living room with a queen size sleeper, two bedrooms with linins, two bathrooms, sunroom and a large deck overlooking the lake shaded by mature large Dogwood trees and access to our private dock. Laketime Cottage is air conditioned with a flat screen tv, satellite reception, free wi-fi and DVD with free movies. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and everything else you will need. Laketime Cottage will sleep a total of 7 guests. For larger groups you can rent both Laketime Retreat Cabins and Laketime Cottage for a total of nineteen guests. Combining the cottage with the cabins makes a great place for family reunions and gatherings. We rent this cabin all year long with special winter rates starting October 30th thru March 15th @ $150 per night (minimum two night rental). Spring and summer rates March 15th- October 30th. Is $225 per night non holiday (minimum two night rental). Holiday rate is $275 per night (min. 3 night). Special weekly rates- pay for six stay for seven. NO PETS-DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED-NO SMOKING IN CABINS. |
